Let’s meet again good people!

If you are a diploma apprentice registered with the Nordic Permaculture Academy you are hereby invited to the Nordic Diploma Gathering in Estonia.

This gathering puts an emphasis on getting you moving on the path of designing – you will have time to work with your own designs. Mentor Cathrine Dolleris (DK) is there to shed some light through the mists of your designing mind. Local apprentice Marian Nummert will spark you up with showing her designs both in writing and implementation. You will have time to grow the community of colleagues: meet other apprentices, exchange ideas, work together assessing designs and get grounded with some garden work in a small food forest behind the community house. The schedule is not finished and it will develop as we move along.

When: 13-15th of June 2025. 

We start arriving at 14.00 on the 13th. The program will start at 15.00. We finish after lunch on the 15th. 

Where: Türi Community House “Konn” Viljandi 60, Türi, Järvamaa, Estonia (in the center of Estonia, accessible by train from Tallinn and Viljandi).

Food: Potluck / knytis / sammenskudsgilde / nyyttikestit applies for some of the meals. This means that you bring the amount of food that would sustain you for the listed meals, but please bring stuff that others can eat as well. Some meals will be provided, but this info will be specified some weeks before the gathering. Please remember to fill in your dietary needs and preferences below. This is where the food info will be. If you travel from overseas food will be arranged. You can bring your favourite snacks! 

Sleeping arrangements: Rooms in the community house with mattresses and pillows. Most might have to share the rooms if we are many. You bring your bed linen, pillowcase, sleeping bag and towel. If you are sleeping elsewhere, let us know below. If you want to pitch a tent, that’s fine (at least 2 tents could be provided by the organisers). If you are coming overseas, sleeping gear will be organised if needed. Let us know below!

Hygiene: There is no shower in the house, but there is a river nearby, lake in a walking distance and public swimming pool/sauna in town. There are toilets with water and water access otherwise in the house. 

Total cost:  Friday – Sunday = 60 EUR. This is paid in advance, and you will receive payment info after you register. If you cancel until 30th of May, you will be refunded 30€, if later, then no refunds.

Why do I need to register here? We need to know how many people will attend, how to arrange sleeping quarters and how to plan the schedule.

What about transport and sharing rides?

We need your registration by May 25th if you want to guarantee your space and in order to plan and meet needs. Spaces are limited.
