About Anne 

I have a masters degree in French, psychology and Danish from 2007 and an exam in reflexology from 1991. I am a retired high school teacher.
I take great interest in Waldorf pedagogy by Rudolf Steiner.
I have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
In 2020 me and my husband bought a small house 1200 m from the sea near Fjellerup, Norddjurs with 4 ha land and in summer 2020 I passed my PDC at Friland Ecovillage and started up designing 1 ha called “The edible hectare” on a former conventional cornfield after permacultural principles and as the base of most of my designs in my diploma. My mentor is Catherine Dolleris.
My first design is the overall design of the hectare and secondly the design and implementation of a 4-row shelterbelt due to strong winds near the sea.
My next designs run simultaneously and are a berry garden, a northern and southern fruit- and nut garden, a mandala kitchen garden and a forest garden close to our new tiny house, my husband built from 2023-2025 and where we currently live.
I am planning to start making guided tours due to my interest in showing people what you can grow, how it tastes, and how to protect the earth with permaculture methods. My focus is also on the next generations, because they are the future.
